Hi! My name is Chris and my passion is nature.
I love to create and find activities that get kids more connected with nature. I love to learn and have read hundreds of books on nature and nature oriented activities.
I have a bachelors degree in Conservation and Environmental Science, am a Certified Interpretive Guide through the National Association for Interpretation and have attended environmental education workshops through organizations such as Project Learning Tree. I also volunteer for, and lead programs at, one of my local Girl Scout Program Centers.
I'm a Wisconsin native, am married and have a 7 year old son who loves to explore as much as his mom and dad do. We also share our life with Sienna, our mixed breed puppy. Besides reading, I love to travel, camp, play volleyball and dabble in nature photography.
